   •    Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain pieces. If this is the case you can Pre Order that item.

    •    Pre-Orders means that the product is currently out of stock. Each designers sewing workshop has a different estimated production time. A pop up message will appear with an estimated fulfillment date. These orders may take 1-6 weeks to fulfill depending on the sewing workshop. Although this is an Estimate not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment of the Pre-Order to our warehouse and in turn prepared for delivery to our customers. The specified date in No Way means you will receive your item on that date. Upon arrival to our warehouse, all orders are prepared for delivery. Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase. 

If you buy an item in Pre Order and an item in Stock. Both items will be ship once the item in Pre Order arrives. Since only one shipping was paid at checkout. 

Normally, we do not accept cancellation of pre-orders and they are final sale as they are ordered in specially for you. In an event where the item is not required, a store credit will be issued, not a refund.

At the moment we operate online only. 

2.    How can I contact you?

Kindly fill the Contact Us form or send us an email at support@runwayskirts.com for questions or concern regarding an order or item(s). Emails will be answered on regular business hours from Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays.

3.    When will my order be shipped? We do our best to ensure that all orders of items in stock placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Although during peak periods, this may take a few extra days. Orders placed on weekends or holiday's will be shipped the next business day. We will send you an email with your order confirmation and tracking information as soon it’s shipped. If the email is not in your inbox, don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folders.

4.    Which shipping courier do you use?

PR orders are sent via USPS. US orders are sent via USPS or UPS 2nd Day. For international orders other couriers may be used. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

6.    What is a Pre Order?

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out as soon as the item is in stock. Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase. 

5.    When will my Pre Order be shipped?

Pre Orders can take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill although this is an Estimate not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment. The specified date in No Way means you will receive your item on that date. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

6.    My order has an item in stock and a Pre Order item. When will it be shipped?

If your order contains an item that is in stock and a Pre Order item. Both items will be ship once the item in Pre Order arrives. Since only one shipping was paid at checkout. If you wish to have your item in stock shipped first please contact us at support@runwayskirts.com.

7.    Whats your Return Policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy for more information and requirements to make a return.

8.   How I exchange/return an item?

Please visit our automated Return Center to start your return. 

9.    Do you have a Size Guide? 

While selecting your size, please take in consideration that our clothing runs smaller when compared to big retailers clothing. For this reason we include the clothing measurements on all clothing pieces.

10.   I need help selecting my size

We will be more than happy to help you select a size that best fits you. Send us an email at support@runwayskirts.com. Please have your measurements available or we"ll help you take them.

11.    Do you have E-Gift Cards?

Yes we have RunwaySkirts E-Gift Cards available.

12.    Can I cancel an order? 

Only unfulfilled orders can be cancelled and the processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Also High Risk Fraud orders we receive and cancel will be subject this deduction.

Shipping Policy

Puerto Rico: Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays. All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the clients selection at checkoutPlease use both lines provided for shipping address.

United States: Orders will be shipped Mondays thru Fridays. Orders will be shipped via USPS or UPS depending on the clients selection at checkout.

International orders will be shipped via UPS using the service the client selected at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

A shipping confirmation will be sent by email once your order is dispatched. If the email is not in your inbox, don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folders. The tracking number will be included and a link to track the package. We are not responsible for shipping delays.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Runway Skirts is not responsible if a package is not deliverable due to the missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. Please make sure to enter the correct shipping details when at checkout. If you realize you have made an error, e-mail us as soon as possible explaining the error. However please understand that if the package has already been shipped we are unable to alter the destination address. Client will be responsible for paying the redelivery costs.

Delivered But Not Delivered

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact the shipping carrier for more information. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered but not received.

Refused or Missed Deliveries

Please don’t refuse or miss a delivery. For re-deliveries, client is responsible for shipping fees. Refused or missed deliveries won't be able to get a store credit.

Duties & Taxes

Runways Skirts is not responsible and has no control over custom inspections. Any customs import duties, taxes, fees or any other charges are the customers responsibility. Customs policies vary between countries, please contact your local customs office for further information.
