1.    Do you have a physical store? 

At the moment we operate online only. 

2.    How can I contact you?

Kindly fill the Contact Us form or send us an email at support@runwayskirts.com for questions or concern regarding an order or item(s). Emails will be answered on regular business hours from Mondays thru Fridays excluding holidays.

3.    When will my order be shipped? We do our best to ensure that all orders of items in stock placed before 4:00 PM are shipped the same day. Although during peak periods, this may take a few extra days. Orders placed on weekends or holiday's will be shipped the next business day. We will send you an email with your order confirmation and tracking information as soon it’s shipped. If the email is not in your inbox, don't forget to check your junk mail or spam folders.

4.    Which shipping courier do you use?

PR orders are sent via USPS. US orders are sent via USPS or UPS 2nd Day. For international orders other couriers may be used. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more information.

6.    What is a Pre Order?

Pre-orders are items that are not currently in-stock. If you submit a pre-order, the item will be reserved for you and shipped out as soon as the item is in stock. Credit cards will be charged at the time of purchase. 

5.    When will my Pre Order be shipped?

Pre Orders can take between 2-3 weeks to fulfill although this is an Estimate not a guarantee. This date is provided to give an idea of an approximate timeframe that we expect to receive shipment. The specified date in No Way means you will receive your item on that date. We will notify you via email at the time of shipment.

6.    My order has an item in stock and a Pre Order item. When will it be shipped?

If your order contains an item that is in stock and a Pre Order item. Both items will be ship once the item in Pre Order arrives. Since only one shipping was paid at checkout. If you wish to have your item in stock shipped first please contact us at support@runwayskirts.com.

7.    Whats your Return Policy?

Please refer to our Return Policy for more information and requirements to make a return.

8.   How I exchange/return an item?

Please visit our automated Return Center to start your return. 

9.    Do you have a Size Guide? 

While selecting your size, please take in consideration that our clothing runs smaller when compared to big retailers clothing. For this reason we include the clothing measurements on all clothing pieces.

10.   I need help selecting my size

We will be more than happy to help you select a size that best fits you. Send us an email at support@runwayskirts.com. Please have your measurements available or we"ll help you take them.

11.    Do you have E-Gift Cards?

Yes we have RunwaySkirts E-Gift Cards available.

12.    Can I cancel an order? 

Only unfulfilled orders can be cancelled and the processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Also High Risk Fraud orders we receive and cancel will be subject this deduction.
