This Privacy Policy intends to establish a clear, concise and transparent communication on the collection, use, processing, storing etc. of personal data relating to the customers of Runway Skirts. Within the meaning of this Privacy Notice “customer of Runway Skirts” means former, current and potential customer or user of products offered by Runway Skirts, visitors to our official website and/or members of our loyalty program.

Runway Skirts use Shopify to power our online store. We collect two types of information from visitors to our websites: (1) Personal data and (2) Non-personal data. “Personal data” is information that identifies you personally and that you provide to us, such as your name, address, telephone number, email address, and sometimes your Internet Protocol (IP) address. How long do we keep your data?
Runway Skirts will process your data no longer than necessary to provide you with ads, promotions and other direct marketing messages.

We will cease processing your data for marketing purpose once you have closed your customer account, loyalty program or membership, actively rejecting further marketing communication from us. Thereafter your data will be permanently erased. 

Age restriction 
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18 years. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.
